You On ReviewClear feedback. Better follow-through.
Our standards
We are not here to manufacture praise.
The goal is to give a real customer a clear choice after a real service experience. Anything that tries to control the answer weakens the customer’s trust and the business’s credibility.
What a responsible review workflow looks like.
What we build toward
- Honest feedback from customers who received a real service.
- A direct, client-owned Google review destination.
- A neutral invitation that does not ask for a rating or certain wording.
- A separate, visible customer-help route.
- Human review of complaints, exceptions, and important decisions.
What we leave out
- Fake, purchased, or employee-created reviews.
- Incentives tied to ratings, review content, or public praise.
- Review gating or routing customers based on likely sentiment.
- Pressure to review immediately after service.
- Promises that a concern will be resolved only if a customer changes a review.
Trust is not just the review link.
It is the whole process around it. The customer should know who performed the service. The business should own its own profile. The team should know who handles a concern. The record should be clear enough to review later.
Platform policy: Google allows businesses to ask customers for genuine reviews. It does not allow selectively soliciting positive reviews or discouraging negative ones. Read Google’s policy.
